Latest News

  • We booked up all our Fall sessions with a growing wait-list. Thank you for your support and patience waiting to join us! Limiting our numbers makes for the best experience in our classroom so we thank you for your understanding. We’re adding Thursday sessions this winter to allow more friends to join. Choose the best day that works for your family as both Tuesdays and Thursdays will offer the exact same session.

  • This year we’ll be offering “Family Passes”. This is a FREE program for all, but if your family prefers to donate to the program in this way, you can now make a one-time or seasonal donation online. This can also be done in person at any session to avoid us losing any donation money to online processing fees. Sign up is still required for each session to guarantee your spot, this is simply a donation.

This is a great option and value for our regular attendees with FREE sessions included in the bulk yearly/ seasonal price. A Year Family Pass value includes a whole season FREE! (No need to worry about missing a session or 2 if you’re sick or something comes up, that’s included in the donation!)

About Our Program

Jackie Paustian - Mornings with Mommy Director

Three ways to describe me:

  • Passionate about God's littlest lambs! I received my Early Childhood degree from Martin Luther College and love putting that knowledge to use for Mornings with Mommy and NLS.

  • Plant lover. I love houseplants, flowers, and gardening.

  • Neenah library lover- we're there every week picking up new things! I learned ukulele thanks to first borrowing one from the library.

Other places people might find me:

  • Outside! We love playing in our yard and working in the garden. Catch us downtown Neenah, Looping the Lake, or at a local park.

Family info:

  • Married to Colin Paustian, teacher at Fox Valley Lutheran High School. We've been blessed with two boys.

FAQ

  • There will be 3 different trimesters of sessions; Fall, Winter, and Spring. Grab your spots and let your friends know! See you soon!

  • Mornings with Mommy is for toddlers, preschoolers, and any younger siblings accompanied by an adult. Dads, Grandmas, Grandpas, and nannies are welcome, too!

  • Mornings with Mommy is a fun and easy way for you to enjoy activities with your children and meet other caregivers.

Sessions are a one-of-a-kind blend of story time, play date, and learning centers that combine to meet the developmental needs of young children- from infants through preschoolers.

Each session has its own theme, but the basic structure will be consistent every time. We begin with stories, rhymes, and songs on the big rug. After that we explain the different learning stations set-up in the room. Then you are free to explore the different activities with your child at your own pace, while enjoying the company of the other adults.

Stations include arts, crafts, sensory activities, gross motor and fine motor skills, a mural wall, imaginative play, and an infant area. Sessions end with a devotion and snack (for caregivers too!) that you can take to-go or stay and enjoy with your new friends!

  • Prior to each Mornings with Mommy session, each registrant will receive a reminder message via email provided. Any cancellations made will then move to the waiting list in the event that there is one. We will contact those on the list using the information provided upon registering. Morning-of cancellations happen, but unfortunately we will not be able to give adequate notice to those waiting.
