Jill McGovern - Third Grade Teacher

Mrs. Jill McGovern grew up in Oshkosh, WI. She graduated from Dr. Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a minor in English.

After graduating from DMLC, Mrs. McGovern taught 2nd Grade at St. John’s Lutheran School in Westland, MI. She married Mark McGovern in 1999 and moved to Neenah to become the 3rd grade teacher at Trinity, Neenah. In 2020, Mrs. McGovern became part of the Neenah Lutheran faculty.

Mrs. McGovern’s personal interests include reading, gardening, and various crafts.

Her favorite Bible verse is Joshua 1:9, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”
