Angela Meier: Afternoon Secretary - Oak Campus

3 ways to describe me:

  • Devoted to my faith, my family, the Ixonia family farm, and the Packers - all through thick and thin

  • Will read any book you place in front of me - though I reserve the right to express my own undiluted, unreserved opinion when I'm finished reading it

  • Will rescue any living thing from spiders to kittens. All are God's creatures.

Other places you’d likely find me:

At our family farm in Ixonia, al Immanuel Lutheran Church in Clayton, at Orphan Animal Rescue & Sanctuary (OARS) in Neenah, or just sitting at home on the front porch with a glass of iced coffee listening to the trains and tractors go by.

Family Info:

Paul and I married in 1998 during his final year at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary. We each have extended family (His the Meiers, Mine the Rupnows) with parents, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and in-laws, mostly all living in Wisconsin at the moment, though more in the Watertown to Elkhorn to Milwaukee triangle. For immediate family, we can claim three cats (Hermione, Maximus & Magdalena) though whether they would return the sentiment is debatable.
